Is really coffee the gods drink?
All we know coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, the seeds of berries from certain species.
Also makes a great warm-up, aside from its toasty goodness.
But is coffee healthy?

Drink coffee can also increase the body’s use of fat for energy. Coffee’s effects on blood glucose can help prevent weight gain. The caffeine can improve performance and help muscles recover more quickly.
The available scientific data on the pleasant coffee leads to a complex conclusion. Does it benefit health or not?
It depends.
Experts consider that it depends on many factors, including biochemistry, the source of the beans, when and how it is consumed, and much more.
Modern research seems to find no correlation between coffee the gods drink consumption if is in moderate levels and risk of heart disease, stroke or cancer.
The Mayo Clinic reported that studies have shown that coffee may have health benefits, including protecting against Parkinson’s disease, liver disease, including liver cancer and type 2 diabetes.

People who drink six or more cups of coffee per day are 50 percent less likely to develop diabetes, some studies show.
It also appears to improve cognitive function and decrease the risk of depression.
High quality may be great in moderation but it is important to balance this by consuming other antioxidant-rich foods and drinks from other natural sources
But, (always the “buts”) caffeine cause a habit of needing coffee and that feeling can signal a problem with adrenal health or intolerance to caffeine.
Consuming the same substance (caffeine) every single day can lead to dependence, especially when considering a substance like caffeine.
Experts that are also lovers of the drink propose a solution. Never consume coffee every day and make sure to add some extra health boosting ingredients to increase the nutritional value
